I waited tables for over 10 years
and was a manager at a restaurant for a couple more. In that time I
amassed a lot of funny stories, pet peeves, and advice. Working in a
restaurant was a great experience. Where else do you get a performance
review (in cash!) after each meal? The people you work with are
outgoing, funny, and smart. I really enjoyed making the night of
each and evedry guest that came into my realm.
I polled a bunch of my restaurant friends and we came up with a list or two things that should be said.
